Possibility of getting B1 visa after L1 rejection
Hi,
Currently I am in L1 B( Individual) visa in USA from a multi national Indian IT company and applied for my extension. I got RFE recently that questions about my special skills, so I would probably get a rejection. So my question is if I get a rejection and need to go back to India, then can my company apply for Business visa immediately? If yes then what's the probability that will be granted?
