US B1 Visa at Chennai Consulate

My VISA was approved on 22 March 2019 at US Consulate Chennai.
In how many days I will get my passport and VISA?

Depends on diatance of your residence & Chennai. You can easily assume a week time & also keep checking visa application online for status.

Visa interview for b1 visa 19.03.2019 the visa officer said visa approved
Administrative processing 20.03.2019
my visa was issued on 21.03.2019
from 21-31 the status of my visa is issued
but have not received my passport yet.
am supporsed to attend a conference that starts on 3rd of april 2019

Call or email local consulate & check for status. Also, try to reach local courier company to check, if they have your passport.
