b1/b2 Visa arrived with travel dates mentioned on it

Hi ,
I received my visa stamp and it has my company name, the location i am visiting and the travel dates i told at the time of interview which is 3 days.
Now the plan has changed and will be staying for a week. Also the dates are postponed. number of entry :1 , 3 months validity.
Will it cause a problem?

You should be fine - as long as you have proof that your visit is still legitimate - for the same purpose & place.

You'll definitely be questioned at the POE, but then be ready to provide proof that the conference (for example) is postponed & hence the change in your visit.

Staying for a week - will depend on I94 issued to you once you land in USA. if that gives you stay for 7 days, then you can stay freely.
