Hi, I have applied for a non-immigrant b1 visa and booked for the slot of July 1 at Kolkata. My travel date is July 8, I requested for an emergency but got it rejected. How many days does it take to process a b1 visa after the approval? Since July 4 & 6 are holidays, will the backend guys work on these days to print visas? When can I expect my visa?

Try to talk there at embassy after interview, you can collect the passport with visa the very same day evening.
At the max, they will ship it the next day & BlueDart will deliver it within 3-4 days, based on your city/location.- I am not an Attorney, hence not giving any legal advice. Just sharing MY opinion with an intent to help others.
