Visa dispatch after approval

Hi, I have applied for a non-immigrant b1 visa and booked for the slot of July 1 at Kolkata. My travel date is July 8, I requested for an emergency but got it rejected. How many days does it take to process a b1 visa after the approval for the pickup? Since July 4 & 6 are holidays, will the backend guys work on these days to print visas? When can I expect my visa?
