Please clarify with B1/B2 Port Entry rejection issues

Hi,

I have traveled to US Philadelphia and they have sent me for secondary verification after 4 hrs of questions they have asked me contact Numbers in US based on my travel Itinerary. I have provided all the contacts and they have verified with all the people why i am coming to US.

One of my manager is told that i am coming here to US to fix the code issues because of miss communication happen between my India and US people, which i not gone for that coding purpose.

They have Rejected port of Entry and canceled my visa.

Question:

1. If i need to apply again will they provide me the fresh B1 Visa.
2. How can i waive of my suspension on my B1 Visa.
3. My company is planning to apply L1 visa for me, is B1 visa rejection will effect my L1 ?
