Please advice.
I have an approved H1b petition as a Physician and filed for a H1b visa stamp at a Mexican consulate in Feb 9 2010. I have a Mexican citizenship and the process is taking longer than expected, my wife H4 was given 3 days after the interview and mine is in a administrative process??? what is the longest time can take?
QUESTION: Can I travel to the US with my valid B1/B2/BCC for a few weeks (not work) and once my visa is released return to Mexico, change status(from tourist to Worker) and go back to the US as H1b?
Any chance of having my visa stamp rejected if I do it?
Can a H1b visa stamp be rejected even a petiton is already approved?
I also have a canadian citizenship and a valid passport, can I use it to travel to US? any problem.
Thank you so much
