Hi Team,
I got L1 B rejected at Chennai on 11 July 2019.
Can I apply for B1 Visa now thru my employer. Assuming that it may take 2-3 months to get the Interview appointment so is this likely that my visa will get rejected as I got L1 b rejected few months earlier.

What would be the best strategy for me to file either B1 or L1A as I got L1B rejected in 11 July 19 at Chennai?

However now I am eligible for L1A as a manger so is this likely that VO will reject my L1A (Blanket) straight away since my L1B was rejected on 11 July 19?

As new L1A visa interview will take only after 3 to 4 months from now so technically between my L1B rejection and to appear afresh for new Visa category L1A there will be a gap of close to 6 months . So I guess this should not impact my chance of getting L1A.
Please advise.

Applying for B1 immediately after L1 rejection would be risky. I would suggest to wait for sometime.

Wait for more sometime - may be half an year.

Better to give a gap of >6 months in total.
