  • B1 Application help

    Hello everyone!
I am going to apply for a B1 visa next month as my project requires me to gather some requirements on the enhancements we are making in the project. There are only 2 people working on the project and I am one of them. The other person cannot travel due to other commitments. I have been with the company for 6 months and my total work experience is 6 months too. The travel will be for 2 weeks, and it will involve meetings with a few people from the company. Off shore is not feasible because the requirements are sort of dynamic and we need to be face to face during the initial phase in order to avoid unnecessary delays.

How should I justify my travel?

    Thanks in advance!

How big is your company? How big are your clients? What is your designation?

There are many more such things to be considered.

I work for a US based consultancy firm.I work as an associate here. Started working in July and this is my first job. Our main offices are in the US. The project has internal stakeholders - people from within the company. I have not travelled outside India before.

Frankly chances are pretty low (but certainly not zero). I would suggest you to wait for sometime & then give it a try, if possible.
