    Less expereince in current company impact to B1

    Hi all ,

    I have interview in few days , please suggest does it impact if I have less experience in my new company as i have 3 months expereince here but overall exp of 4 yrs ..

    Please advise how to tackle this

      So , does that mean I have less chance of getting VISA as i m going through BEP , but i have specialized skills .

        Even if you are going under BEP, you still have to qualify on your own for visa.

        No one can predict the chances of getting visa.
