Hi,
I had my L1 Blanket rejected a week before. My company requires a resource at onsite for a new project.
Can they apply for L1 individual immediately. My company's VISA team says that it can be applied only after 3 months.
In the meantime they had advised me to apply for B1 and travel to get the project started by attending stakeholder meetings and gathering requirements for the project.
My questions are,
1) is it advisable to tell the visa officer that I will be travelling in B1 for gathering requirements and tel them frankly that i'll return and reaply for L1 individual?
2) Can the L1 reapply be done only after 3 months?
Any info on this would be highly appreciated.
