Hi, I need help. I entered united states in Nov 2009 and got 3 months of Visit visa stay till Feb 2010. I took 6 months of extension after that till August 2010.I have stayed now for 9 months in United States. I actually want to stay for 3 more months . Can I apply for B-1 extension again till Nov 2010.

B1 extenison
It will be very difficult to get another extenison without a very good reason that must be supported with documenatation. It would be wise to change to another visa type the best at this short notice would be F-1 -
You will absolutely be rejected, even if you get approved. You will never get another another visitor VISA in the future because such extension always has a negative impact.
They are very strict about over stay even if legally extended, even when you someday try to get a Green card the question is always.. Did you extend/overstay -- Its a red flag.
However if you are planning never to return sure put in another extension and hope for the best.Comment
