B1 rejected...planning to apply again

Hi All,

I am staying at Hyderabad and working for XYZ company. I attended B1 visa(through my company) at Chennai because I don't have dates at Hyderabad consulate in May-2010(Due to renovation work at Hyderabad consulate). My visa was rejected.

I am planning to attend at Hyderabad consulate.

My queries are :
1. After how many months should I apply visa again(is there any period is required) ?
2. What is the present situation at Hyderabad consulate ?

When I attended Visa at Chennai on that day most of the people didn't get the Visa.

Can anyone please help me out ??

They will know that you were rejected Prior, as they enter it in the passport and also you have to mention when you last attende the interview and outcome.

So your odds are the same as Chennai, it depends on your document and your case -- honestly no one know or understand how a determination is made.
