Once you "submit" the form, then you won't be able to modify/update it. Try navigating through various sections of the form (see the "Education" link on the left side menu).

It's understandable that you're concerned about not being able to input your educational history in the DS-160 form for B1. However, it's essential to provide complete and accurate information in the form to avoid any negative consequences.

You can try to refresh the page and see if the previous/work/education section appears. If not, you can contact the U.S. Embassy or Consulate where you'll be applying for your visa and explain the situation to them. They may be able to assist you in resolving the issue.

It's not recommended to submit an incomplete form as it may affect your visa application negatively. The U.S. government takes visa applications seriously, and any incorrect or incomplete information can lead to delays or even denial of the visa.

Therefore, it's crucial to ensure that all sections of the form are filled out correctly, including the previous/work/education section. It may take some time to resolve the issue, but it's better to have all the necessary information included in the application to avoid any problems.

I hope this helps. Best of luck with your visa application.

Education can impact a person's visa application in several ways, including demonstrating their qualifications and ability to contribute to the U.S. economy, showing their ties to their home country and intention to return after their visit, and proving their language proficiency and ability to navigate the U.S. system. If you need some help with your studies visit this webpage and learn more about services that can be useful for students.

Therefore, it's essential for applicants to provide accurate and complete educational information in their visa application, as any incorrect or incomplete information can negatively affect their chances of obtaining a visa. It's also crucial to ensure that all other sections of the application form are filled out correctly and to seek assistance from the U.S. Embassy or Consulate if there are any issues or concerns.
