221 g Pink Slip for B1 Visa

Hi,

Today afternoon i have my interview for B1 visa and interviewer cleared and write A on the visa application.
Then he asked one last question that are you single or married? I replied in Single then he cuts the A and write C there and provide 221G pink slip with the answer that you cleared the visa but we need the further verification and it will take 2-3 weeks.
Is there still any issues with the visa or i will get the Visa

That means additional administrative processing that that maybe a Ya or Nay.. you have to wait.
