Eligibility for B1 in lieu of H1

HI All,

Kindly help me on this. I wanted to understand if I am eligible for B1 in lieu of H1 Visa or not.

I have total three years for work experience. I have done B.com as graduation, that makes it 12 + 3

I have also done full time post graduation for 2 years from the reputed private university and presently working with one of the biggest consulting companies.
