  • I-94 not removed

    Hi,
I landed in US on 13 Oct 2007 on B1 visa. I got an I-94 with date "11 Jan 2007"(wrong date). I didn't check I-94 as I didn't know what it was. While leaving US my passport was not stamped and I-94 was not removed. I didn't know anything about I-94 until few weeks ago when I applied for L1B petition. To make things worse I don't have an entry stamp in India also(I am an Indian citizen). All I have with me now are the boarding passes (but boarding pass only shows the date as "22 Dec" and not the year). My returning flight was via Paris but my Paris to India flight got canceled and I also have a certificate of flight delay cancellation with me and it has a complete date "24 Dec 07".

Now I have an approved L1 petition with me. Should I send the I-94 along with boarding passes and cancellation certificate to the London address or should I keep everything with me?

Will I have issues if I travel again to the US? Will my carelessness keep me from visiting the US again?

    Please advise.
