FingerPrints Problem for B1 VISA

Hi Sir,

I am suffering from skin problem in my hands and treatment is going on in Fortis Hospital,Noida but i am not suffering from any contagious or infections disease.There is no chances to recover also.

What all are the other alternatives and procedures if i am not able to give my Fingerprints for B1 VISA.

You should contact the U.S. consulate regarding this if it is a permanent problem.
