B1 Visa: qyueries realted to reapplying after rejection

I applied for B1 Visa on 18th June and unfortunately it got rejected under sec 214(b). Below is the list of questions they asked:
Why you are going?
-- Going for tech discussion for 58 days (In invite letter it was 6 weeks and in DS 160 it was 58 days)
Why you need 58 days for technical discussion?
-- I need to take knowledge transfer, so that I can come back and work for India.
What is your wife doing?
-- She is a .Net developer in a MNC.
Since how long you are working with your current organization?
-- For last 2 months.
Now that I have reapplied for B1 Visa again with same requirement same invite letter, I want to know what all questions I can expect and what would be the appropriate answers for them. Also, it would be great if somebody has information about what all visa refusal information they capture with them so that in case they re question anything I shall be able to answer them truthfully.
My interview is scheduled for 9th Sept. I think I have taken significant gap between the interviews. Please suggest.
