    Hi,
US is allowing Canadians only for "essential travel".
Two Federal Register notices published on March 24, 2020 announced the decision to temporarily allow entry to the United States through land ports of entry along the U.S.-Canada and U.S. Mexico borders for "essential travel" only. The restrictions have been consistently extended on a monthly basis, and will be in effect until on August 21, 2021.
If you travel through flight, Please first check with air flight to make sure, whether they are allowing and accepting passengers to fly from Canada to US then proceed ahead.
    Thanks

Yes, you can fly into the US (and have always been able to fly into the US in the past year), assuming you have not been physically present in Mainland China, Iran, the Schengen Area, the UK, Ireland, Brazil, South Africa, or India in the past 14 days. Keep in mind that you will need a negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours of boarding your flight to the US.

This is my personal opinion and is not to be construed as legal advice.
