Starting A Manufacturing Unit in USA

I came here as a tourist. I found that the product I manufacture has a very good market here. Instead of making and bringing it from India I feel convinient to make it here itself as all the raw material are locally available.

My question is how do I get a required visa? Do I need to go back to India and wait for the statutory period I stayed in US and then come back again or here itself I can apply for change of visa?
