Hyderabad - visa appointment - system does not give any dates

HI All, I am trying to get an appointment for biometrics and visa. I have completed all the paperwork but the website is not showing me any valid dates. Whenever it shows an available date and I click on it, it then says "not available". and then after a few tries it does not allow me to try anymore. I have been trying since beginning of March. Am I doing something wrong? I have tried contacting the consulate but I am unable to get a response from them. Please help!!

Hi There, I am trying the same thing from Mumbai for the past 7 months. No luck!
Not sure what going on?
