Running my US company with B1

I have just registered a new company in the US, at the moment I don't have staff. I want to start building credit by using the company bank account and credit cards to purchase goods for my other overseas company. Am I allowed to do this with B1 visa without being in the US?

So basically, I will just use the US company bank account and credit cards for purchases. Goods will be shipped directly from US suppliers to my overseas company.

I am planning to employe staff in six months.
