  • Help Required on B1 Visa Stamping

    Hello,

I had a L1B rejection in the month of June 2010 with the reason "Your visa is not clearly approvable...in a blue 221(g) slip". Later on my employer processed B1 visa for me for the same skillset/project and i went for stamping on 12 July 2010 at chennai consulate and got rejected again with a white slip. Second time VO indicated me about the prior L1B rejection and expressed that the consulate cannot issue a B1 visa for you at the moment.

I recently joined a different employer (last week) and they are planning to process B1 visa for me next month (Nov 2010) but for the same skill set. Please help me with the following questions,
    1. Is it advisable to go for B1 stamping next month?
    2. What are the probabilities of B1 visa approval?
    3. What will be the consequence if i get another rejection? Will i be black listed?
    4. Or what is the time period that i need to wait before i go for next stamping?

Would appreciate if someone can guide me.

    Thanks in anticipation!
