Regarding immigration form and question

Hi ,

My spouse is coming on visitor visa and we both will go back to india after 1 month.
she has only "ASHA" as first name in the passport and while visa filing we made the firstname:"FNU" and lastname:"asha",suggest what she need to fill in the immigration form while enetering to US.
Also suggest what all documents sher requires while travelling and what kind of questions are expected.
