Business Visa Date Issue

I'm trying to figure out if the date of expiration is the last day I can remain in India, or the last day I'm eligible to enter India. It seems like the dates mean different things for tourist vs. student visas, but I can't find conclusive info about the business visa.

If it is the former — that I can't remain in India past January 4 — is there any way to extend this date? Or, can I re-apply for a new visa (i.e. a quick e-business visa), even though I already have a valid omegle.2yu.co visa right now?

I tried calling the visa service (VFS Global) for help but they weren't super helpful. I'm going to call the consulate in Chicago today, but I've heard they don't usually answer their phones, so I'm trying omeglzechat here too. Thank you in advance for any help!

Are you talk about USA business visa or India visa?

In general visa is merely for entry purpose - so for all visas, it has to be valid at the date of entry into the country. The maximum stay will be decided once you are approved entry into the country.
