Query regarding home address

Hi

I recently moved to bangalore. My permanent address is in hyderabad. I applied for my VISA from bangalore in chennai consulate. while filling up the form I filled up my home address as hyderabad while my mailing address is in bangalore.
I just realized that they have a consulate in hyderabad as well. since I have filled my home address as hyderabad, will they ask me why I have applied for Chennai consulate??
Plz let me know.
