Hello everyone, About to renew my B1/B2 Visa (BCC Mexico), and while filling out DS-160 form, I got to the question about the Drivers License. I did get a California Driver's License back in 2014, I used my valid passport, Mexico Border Crossing Card and valid I94. Driver License only came valid until I94 expiration date. My question is; would I get in trouble in saying that I did have a Driver License? I needed to get the Driver's License due to losing my Mexican Driver's license while renting a car in the USA. Hiding truth will certain be a bigger problem for all your future visa/immigration. So better you mention about your DL in your DS160.- I am not an Attorney, hence not giving any legal advice. Just sharing MY opinion with an intent to help others.
