"How to move US visa interview location?"

I'm a Brazilian national who applied and paid for a B1/B2 US visa for me and three family members in March. The interview was scheduled for October but I moved to the UK for a PhD opportunity in September and can't attend. The consulate told my sister I can move the interview to the London consulate. I tried researching online but only found info on changing interviews within Brazil due to COVID. Is there a way to move my application to the London consulate? Should I call or chat spin e-chat email them for more info?

If its not too much, pay again & book a new appointment in UK.
