I94 expired

I have a valid B1 visa but my I 94 is going to expire on Jan 30th 2011
and I have my flight form US-London -Hyderabad.

I would be reaching London on 31st Jan.Will I have any issues with my expired I94 or is it only for US.

You should leave the US before the I-94 expires. It does not apply to other countries as I-94 is returned at check in.
