B1 VISA second attempt question

I got my B1 VISA rejected Last month under section 214(b).So I am applying for it again next month.So I need few clarifications for queries below.

Will my last appointment rejection details will have any negative influence when I go for next time.
Also since my company is being acquired by new company there will be change in the name of the sponsoring company,so will it cause any problem for VISA and also what all documents I need to carry to justify this.

It all depends upon when your last visa was refused. If it's within last six months and things didn't change for better then Do Not Attempt. What I see from your post is that there had been acquisition in your company which leads to larger chances of refusal as things go haywire in companies after acquisitions which can lead to people quitting etc.
I'd suggest you to try only if there's dramatic change in your profile since your last rejection.

Actually none of the documents were verified ,just that the counselor didn't get convinced about only the explanation which I provided about the purpose of trip(might be not summarized properly).

Also the project is so critical that i need to visit US for requirement gathering and come back for implementation.

There are no drastic changes in status and is it mandatory to re-apply after 6 months?

It's not mandatory to re-apply after 6 months. You can seek next available date after rejection. It's just a suggestion.
