Re entry within a month

Hi,
I arrived US on February 1st 2011 with a B1/B2 visa and have got stamped for 6 months in B2. I have come here for a Business requirement for 5 weeks but have to travel back to India as my Father is not well. Is it possible that I can go back to India and can travel back to US after 2 to 3 weeks. Is there any gap that needs to be maintained between the visits?.

I'm not having any plans to permanently work in US or settle in US. I'm here for shorter period and will be travelling back to India once my work in US is over.

Please help me with the procedures and the possibility of coming back to US for shorter period.

No Problem, Venkat, you can visit again to US, If you have multiple entry, I 2 had same problem, but i came back here within in a Week with B1 again.
