My B1 Visa got rejected two times.
1) Applied in the month of Dec2010
Objective for visit: to attend the boot camp of the company where i work for.
Reason for rejection: a very less time in the current company.
2) Applied in the month of Feb2010
Objective for visit: Global sales kick off in USA. all sales guy has to attend.
Reason for rejection: there is no change in law from Dec to Feb. Can't grant you visa.
Now since the boot camp is a must attend in our company they want me to apply again.
I need to know what are the likely chance third time. What is it that missing in my application? I have never travel outside of India? Is that a reason?
