Port of Entry

Hi,

I will be visiting US on B1 Visa where in my employer is situated in California. However, I plan to visit my sister first for couple of days in Houston before I move to California. Can the port of entry be Houston? If Yes, what address do I need to fill in in the I94 form? Houston address or California address
