What documents are needed for this type of Visa?
If approved and the company has put H1b application also submitted, can I still travel to USA while that is pending?
I have had a B1 and a B2 denied 7/8 months ago, will this put a black mark against me for applying for B1 in lieu of H1b? They were declined because of only being back in my country from USA for 2/3 months..
