Activities permitted under B1 Visa

Hello,

Can people who have been on B1 visa to the USA share with me the kind of activities that they do ie. legally allowed during their trips? I have read that people are allowed to participate in meetings, trainings etc. But, it's easier to understand what is allowed when people share their actual experiences/tasks that they do when in the USA.
