Traveling to US on B1/B2 visa for a training program

I have a valid B1/B2 visa issued last year when I went to the US on vacation. Now I will be going to the US for a training program related to my business. Can I use the same B1/B2 visa?

Also, I have heard that it is difficult to regularly travel back and forth between India and the US on a B1/B2 visa. I am planning to come back to India for a few days midway through the training program and then return back to the US. Will this be difficult with my B1/B2 visa?
