    Director of 2 month old company in India applying for B1 visa to US

    Hi,
    I have just started a software company in India (2 months back). I have partnership with a US company. Now that company want me to visit US for a project discussion on B1 visa and ready to provide me invitation letter. I just wondering would I get the visa approved? As I don’t have income tax written of my company and bank statement is also just 2 month old.
    Kindly share your experience.
    Any help will be appreciated.

      MY Visa was denied because my company is only 2 months old (another point of view..I am working with this company from last 2 months only)

        What is your Visa status Did you manage to reply - I've a similar Sinareo Im planning to Appply but my company is 8 months old.
