Can I take my spouse for Business Trip

Hi,

I am working for a company in India. My Company is sending me to USA (our head office) on a Business Trip for 1 month. My Company is going to take a BEP Visa appointment for me.

I am planning to take my wife along with me on a Tourist Visa (B2).

1) Should I apply for B1/B2 Visa for me and my Wife? (or)
2) Should I apply B1 visa for myself and B2 for my wife?
3) Can my wife join me for the BEP appointment?
4) If yes, does she require a separate BEP letter from my company?
5) If not, what documents are required to take my wife for the appointment along with me?

Your wife can apply on her own for her visitor visa by showing both your funds to support. She should not use company BEP.
