L1 Visa Application after B1 Rejection

Hello Friends,

Few days back my B1 Visa rejected and my company wants to file my L1 visa and will need to get on boarded on the project by october.


what complications I can face for L1 visa? What are the chances of getting L1 visa.

I was legally holding L2 visa 2 years back...

Any Help would be appreciated.....
