Business Schedule Letter Format For B1 Visa

Hi,

Iam Going for B1 visa interview in this week. Can u pls send me Business schedule letter format? Will the interviewer ask for Business schedule letter? Am going for 4 weeks and do i need to give each week's schedule? Pls let me know at the earliest

I don't think there is a set format, but the website specifies what you should include in your letter - your name, date of birth, place of birth, current address, purpose of trip, who is sponsoring the trip (this should be sponsored by your company).
I was not asked for a letter, but after the consular officer asked me about the purpose of my trip, I told him that I could show him a letter from my company if he would like to see it. He had a quick read, looked at the company address and telephone number, briefly read the letter, and looked at the signature at the bottom. I took an original letter with me, not a copy.

thanks for ur reply....but for my friend they asked a detailed schedule for 4 weeks....what if i answer like this...2 weeks of Knowledge transfer sessions & training on so & so topic and 2 weeks for business meetings followed by technical discussions on so & so project to facilitate & train my offshore team in INDIA.

will they ask questions in deep abt the project discussions?
