Hello,
newby to this forum. As a person with dual Australian and British nationalities, I would like to know before I pay $60 for a B1 application download, a couple of questions as to whether I might qualify for it.
1. I visit the states every year for 10 -30 days for an annual conference.
2. I have recently started working on a DVD project and have US citizens helping me, the start of a long series that we will make together.
I do not earn any money in this venture currently, just need the time to be there to do the long hours of video editing. I get 3 months automatically but do not want to be subject to secondary interviews if I have to come back another time in the year or more.
3. Eventually however, the DVD will be a commercial release. The money from this will go back to the US company of my friends. Where would I stand in relation to some of that income legally coming back to me?
thanks in advance.
