B1 visa Help

Hello

I am (a work permit dependent residing in U.K) working as a QA manager with a new company since May 2011 and I will soon be applying for a B1 visa to travel to the states for 4 weeks.
Will it be required to have at least 1 yr experience with the same company before I travel to the states? Any expected interview questions?

please could anyone also guide me as of what add'l documents I need to take apart from the list below

1) Invitiation letter
2) Employer letter
3) salary slips
4) work permit dependent and current visa status
5) House documents
4) Primary work permit holder details

I highly appreciate your help and response in this regard.

There is no such official rule about 1 year employment.
