HI Friends,
I have applied H1 B visa in June 2005 and got rejected and received 221 g from VO. And i have attend visa interview from London embassy as i have completed my master from UK.
I came back to India in 2006 and started working in an MNC company and recently my company has applied B1 visa for me and when i went for the interview the VO asked me that in June 2005 as i have applied H1 and at the time the VO has written some comments stating that my Graduation cert from India is not recognized and was surprised and said he would not apprve my visa.
But I have studied my Bachelors degree from Osmania university and i am a genuine student. My company wnts to re-apply B1 visa so what steps should i take to get my visa.
Can i go to the university and should take a letter from university VC that i m a genuine student?
Do i have to consult a lawyer and make my educational documents notary and do afffidavit?
Please advise me and it will help me a lot
