  • Resident of Madhya Pradesh

My B1 visa got rejected once last year under section 214(b) in mumbai. I am applying again for B1 visa and I am resident of Madhya Pradesh and did not see any dates available for interview in Mumbai. I could see only dates displaying for New Delhi/Kolkata and Chennai. I have taken the HDFC visa receipt from Mumbai. Can I take the interview appointment at New Delhi? please help..

Yes, you can apply at any consulate.
This is my opinion and not legal advice.

No need. All consulates/embassies can access it. If you have time, there is no harm in filing another DS160 with the new consulate name though.
