  • I94 - Form

    Hi,

I got my US B1 Visa last week. I need a clarification on my trip.

During my interview I told the Visa Officer i will be in US for 6 weeks of time but due to some additional business meeting and trainings I need to be there for 10 weeks. So on my visit to US while filling the I94 form if I enter my travel duration for 10 weeks on the immigration clearance do we need to provide any additional supportive documents or any letter from my reporting manager from US.

Can you please help me on this, since my travel date is on Sep 16th.

    Thanks,
    Karthick Prabakaran

At port of entry you will have to declare your intended stay and the officer will grant it if they think it is okay. It can differ from the Visa application.
Carry your detailed itinerary, business meeting plan on company letterhead or some such supporting documents and provide if asked for.
This is my opinion and not legal advice.
