applying for H1 after returning from US (on B1)

Hi,
I have been to US for 3 weeks period on B1 and just returned a week back.
Could you please let me know if am eiligible to apply for H1B immediately for the same client and same place or is there any cooling period which I will have to wait to apply for H1B?.
