Hi Folks,
I had my B1 visa interview Friday last week and got rejected. Also this was my first visa application
Few ques. they asked
Which city are you travelling to?
New York
For how much period?
2-3weeks (looks like i goofed up here )
Purpose?
training
current salary?
6 + extra benefits
are you married?
no
have u ever travelled outside?
no
how long have you been working in the same company?
1 year
Designation?
Consultant.
Sorry we cannot provide you visa, under 214(b), first clause that says ...one has to convince consulate that he would return back after particular time period.
I don't know what to do...as this is really urgent and i have to go for training & KT for internal purposes that too in the same companies HQ. Should bringing additional doc help.
I am planning to reapply ASAP.
