Hello,
I've recently applied for an H1B and got a query to submit for more information(either client letter/internal project letter). After more than a month my current organization planned to send me on a B1 VISA but it got rejected with the reason that the VO wasn't convinced with my answer.
Questions asked in my B1 VISA interview.
1) Which company do you work for?
A) XYZ
2)Why are you going to US?
A) Answered
3)What's your CTC?
A)Answered
4)Have you recently applied for H1B?
A)Yes
5)So, what happened?
A)I was asked to provide more information.
The VO took some time(about 30 sec) and gave me a paper stating that I'm ineligible to travel on a B1 VISA at this point of time. The paper clearly stated that my answer didnt convince the VO.
Now, I'm about to get the client letter from my employer to continue the process of H1. My query is, will the fact that my B1 was rejected would effect the H1 process? Kindly advise.
