Leaving the country during B1 extension request

Dear all,
I have a B1 Visa, my I94 expired the first of September, i have filed an extension & got a request for addtional info due by November 18, i need to return to Brazil anyway
My questions are
1) will my visa cancel if i leave after the 194 expired but before i get a denial?
2) what do i do for an I94 as i sent the original to the USCIS?

2. You could file Form G-884 to get it back.
